Kurval offers a wide range of cleaning agents and lubricants. The product portfolio has been carefully developed to meet the specific requirements of injection molding processes, with a strong focus on reliability and product quality. Kurval products contribute to the optimization of production processes by enabling effective cleaning of molds and machinery.

Kurval Cleaning Fluid

Our cleaning fluid is highly volatile and quickly removes both oil-based and water-soluble contaminants. A key advantage is that it leaves no residue, unlike many conventional cleaning products. Standard brake cleaners may offer similar volatility but often leave streaks, making surface inspection more difficult. In addition, this cleaner has a more pleasant odor—an important factor in daily working environments.

Kurval Cleaning Fluid Food Proof

In addition to our standard cleaning fluid, we also offer a food-proof version. This product has been specifically developed for applications where food safety is critical. It complies with strict standards for indirect food contact and is suitable for use on molds and machinery involved in the production of food-grade plastic products.

Hydro Mold & Die Cleaner

Our Hydro Mold & Die Cleaner effectively removes deposits and contamination from mold components caused by heated plastics as well as residues from heated lubricants—without the need for abrasive or intensive scrubbing. The product is available in a 400 ml spray can and a 5-liter container.
We also offer a starter kit containing all necessary components for thorough mold cleaning. This kit includes a spray can, the Mold & Die Cleaner, and a brush.

Shake the spray can (990 000 020) briefly and apply a layer to the mold. It is recommended to position the mold horizontally, as the product requires a few minutes to take effect. Then treat the deposits using the Hydro Mold & Die Cleaner brush (990 000 010). Afterwards, remove the product and residues using Hydro Mold & Die Cleaning wipes (990 000 015). For heavy contamination, the procedure may need to be repeated and the exposure time extended.The product is also suitable for cleaning high-gloss surfaces. In this case, do not use a brush, but instead use the Kurval polishing cloth LP432 (0543 303).

ChemTrend Lusin Alro OL 151
ChemTech Lusin Alro OL 151 is a silicone-free release agent. Lusin Alro OL 151 is based on synthetic oils and additives for use at mold temperatures up to 150°C/302°F. This release agent ensures that the plastic product easily comes out of the mold after, for example, injection molding. 

High Tech Lubricant ASW 400 NSF
This lubricant is resistant to high temperatures. Its temperature resistance ranges from approximately -40°C to +1400°C. This lubricant is primarily used for ejector pins and ensures smooth release during assembly and disassembly. In addition to its high-temperature resistance, this lubricant is also metal-free, which prevents electrolytic reactions and is safe for various metals.
