NOVOFLEX Honing Brushes

An innovative tool for optimal results on surfaces and in or on drill holes. The silicon carbide abrasive balls are arranged flexibly and therefore adapt to the surface being machined, even in non-circular holes. With these brushes, you can, for example, remove burrs from all common materials. The brushes leave a crisscross grinding pattern on the surface, which is ideally suited to support any oil film. The surface is free of cold-deformed and distorted material. Application examples: engine cylinders, connecting rods, bores in shafts and crankshaft journals, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, valve guides, compressed air equipment, brake cylinders, brake master cylinders, pipes and hoses, and many other applications in the automotive industry, aerospace, and other industries

In addition to NOVOFLEX honing brushes, we also offer honing brushes made of brass, steel, or stainless steel, among others.
The solution for internal cleaning, dust removal, and paint stripping from intake ducts, pipes, hoses, threaded holes, machined holes, cylinders, and much more. The pipe brushes are wound in a clockwise direction. Available with impregnated nylon and with twisted brass, steel, or stainless steel wire.

HABRAS Polishing Discs

These discs allow you to achieve a high-gloss polish on soft metals, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals without the need for polishing paste. The superior service life and high material removal rate are the key advantages of HABRAS discs. Thanks to their special grooved design, the polishing/grinding discs always adapt to the shape of the workpiece. Hard, tough materials can be deburred, matted, or finished to a beautiful sheen using HABRAS discs. This process removes the existing patina from the surface without significantly altering the surface geometry. They are particularly well-suited for deburring hard plastics. Thanks to their individual grains, the brushes in the HABRAS series are extremely versatile. When working with HABRAS brushes, their stability is particularly noticeable, along with minimal dust generation.

Non-woven polishing discs are used for deburring, matting and surface finishing. Thanks to their elasticity, the discs adapt well to the contours of the surfaces. They can be used on all types of steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium and plastics.
