Ultrasonic baths

 

We offer a wide range of ultrasonic baths. You can choose both the size and the intensity of the vibrations in the bath, generated by piezo crystals. Heating of the liquids is also a commonly used option. Industrial soaps, in particular, achieve their cleaning effect at higher temperatures.

The ultrasonic baths, made of stainless steel, are easy to clean and suitable for use in the cleanest areas of your facility. Ultrasonic cleaning works through high-frequency vibrations that create tiny gas bubbles. The bursting of these bubbles has a cleaning effect, as it releases energy.

Cleaning agents

Kurval cleaning fluid

Our cleaning fluid removes all oil- and water-soluble products. Remarkably, it leaves no residue, unlike many other cleaning products. Ordinary brake cleaner is equally volatile but leaves streaks, making surface inspection more difficult. The scent of this cleaner is also more pleasant – an important factor for daily use.

ST-330TH Industrial soap

This special water-soluble soap can clean nearly all surfaces and types of contamination effectively. As it is non-flammable, it is ideal for use in high-temperature ultrasonic baths. The cleaning effect improves with higher temperatures, and the product evaporates and dries faster without wiping. ST-330TH is even used for cleaning parts that are immediately painted afterward. A 5–10% solution is sufficient for effective cleaning. The soap already contains a corrosion inhibitor.

Hydro-Degreaser 250

An effective cleaner and degreaser, also suitable for ultrasonic baths, is Hydro-Degreaser 250. This lightly volatile cold degreaser has a flash point around 80°C, making heating impossible. With intensive use, the bath temperature must be monitored as it will rise during degreasing. Hydro-Degreaser 250 is widely used for machine-processed metals that need cleaning before further handling. It leaves a protective film against corrosion; follow-up with a corrosion inhibitor is recommended.
