Diamond files

In addition to rotary points with diamond grit, we offer a wide selection of diamond files. The working method of a diamond file is virtually the same as that of a diamond grinding point. The grit size, just like with points, is expressed in microns according to the special FEPA standard.

Diamond files offer great possibilities for fine finishing of slightly more difficult materials. Besides hardened steels, they are also excellent for processing ceramics and glass. While this doesn't necessarily mean removing large amounts of material, in combination with Diprofil filing machines, it is possible to remove a greater amount.
