Discover our wide range of abrasives and grinding tools. Whether you're looking for a rotary sanding tool with a handle, a cap or sleeve, as a sheet, paper, disc, or strip, you'll always find the right solution with us.

Seamlessly formed and without any transitions, you'll achieve the best results with our belts and guards. They are mounted on elastic rubber holders with a corresponding shape in the handle with a diameter of 3 mm or 6 mm. Their specialty: the special grooved shape of the rubber holder secures the mounted belts and guards by the centrifugal force generated during rotation. You can continue to use the holder; simply replace the belt or guard with a new one after use. The sanding belts and guards have optimal concentricity, are easy to control, and provide a very smooth sanding pattern. Particularly suitable for fine and ultra-fine sanding of metals, especially steel. The maximum cutting/grinding speed Vmax is 40 m/s.

Unlike sanding sleeves, the sanding caps can also be used crosswise. We supply suitable rubber holders for every shape. The tension force generated by rotation ensures that the sanding caps are continuously and securely clamped to the holder, ensuring good concentricity.

Flap Discs

View our wide selection of flap discs with Ø 3 and Ø 6 mm handles, as well as special models such as radially grooved flap discs and discs with a combination of abrasive cloth and fleece for a particularly even sanding finish. The flap discs with fleece only are a fantastic solution for fine polishing. We also supply cleaning flap discs for removing rust, weld droplets, and other disruptive elements from the workpiece.

The fan-shaped design of the flap discs ensures gentle processing and is easily molded to the workpiece being processed. They are versatile and suitable for applications ranging from the metalworking and processing industries to the rubber and plastics industry. Thanks to the radially arranged fleece abrasive flaps, these flap discs are ideal for fine polishing hard-to-reach areas and ensure the best surface quality.

Sanding Discs

Only when sanding discs are very securely fastened can you fully utilize their properties. You can choose from three different mounting types on the holder:

  • Self-Adhesive Sanding Discs
  • Sanding Discs with Hook-and-loop
  • Sanding Discs with Quick-Clamp System

Our self-adhesive sanding discs offer the widest range of grit sizes and diameters. As a disposable item, this is the most cost-effective solution. In addition to the extensive range in the catalog, we also offer special solutions, such as those with Soft or SiC paper. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities. Our sanding discs with hook-and-loop fastening are very quick to change. Unlike the self-adhesive version, these rubber holders can be reused more quickly.

Our range also includes silicon carbide sandpaper, lined sanding cloth, sanding strips, sanding fleece on rolls, sanding cloth on sheets and rolls, and sanding belts in various grit sizes.
