Cast-X Heaters

CAST-X In-Line Heaters

CAST-X in-line heaters feature cast-in heating elements and a cast-in spiral tube. The medium flows through these tubes and never comes into direct contact with the heating elements. All CAST-X heaters are suitable for heating both gases and liquids. They are widely used for heating hydrogen, CO₂, nitrogen, oil, demineralized water, and similar media.

Available Options and Configurations:

  • Power ratings from 300 W up to 60 kW (depending on the model)

  • Maximum operating pressure up to 351 bar (depending on the selected model)

  • Integrated temperature sensors (thermocouples Type J and K, and PT-100) for process control and high-limit protection

  • Control thermostats and over-temperature protection

  • Connection heads: NEMA 1, NEMA 4, NEMA 7, and ATEX-certified

  • Insulation jackets

  • Compatible compression fittings

  • Passivated and electrolytically polished versions
