Watlow FLUENT In-Line Heater

The Watlow FLUENT In-Line Heater is designed for heating gases and liquids. Watlow’s proprietary spray technology replaces traditional nickel/chromium resistance wire. This allows the power to be distributed evenly across the entire surface of the heater, optimizing heat transfer and temperature uniformity.

Specifications

  • Minimum flow rate for gas applications: 50 – 300 l/min

  • Minimum flow rate for liquid applications: 0 – 1,600 ml/min

  • High-limit thermocouple, Type K (calibrated): 350 °C (maximum)

  • Maximum operating pressure: 150 PSI (10 bar)

Maximum watt densities:

  • Gas: 23 W/cm²

  • Water: 70 W/cm²
