Circulation heaters are constructed from NPT screw plug or ANSI flange heating assemblies coupled with a pressure vessel and are designed to heat air, gases, or liquids through forced circulation. These heaters provide a ready-to-install solution by combining heating elements, a vessel, insulation, a junction box, mounting brackets, and inlet/outlet connections into a complete assembly ready for installation.

These assemblies are ideal for a variety of applications, guiding fluids over a heating element for rapid response and uniform heat distribution. Circulation heaters can be manufactured from a wide range of sheath materials, wattages, vessel sizes and materials, pressure ratings, junction boxes, and control options.
